No complaints whatsoever, overall it's ideal place with really helpful staff in the shift.

They had an early check-in. Totally fine experience.

We had a fairly nice time. The whole place was clean, we greatly enjoyed it, and had good staff and location.

Location: the hotel was short walk to bars, the main shopping street.

It was a really great stay, simple place. I appreciated the beds, they were soft, and how outstandingly accommodating the staff was. Breakfast was outstanding, a wide array of dishes to choose from. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, had comfortable furnishings. Location near to bars and shops.

Everything was good! The staff was EXCELLENT, the room was freshly renovated and light filled. It was nice having an individual safe, an iron and a work desk. Absolutely perfect setting, right by restaurants, a bus stop, shops.

The property is overall clean, has exceptional location and staff.

Location is strategic, compact room, bed is perfect. Amazingly friendly staff, smooth check-in.

comfy location, nice hot breakfast, good little room with a fabulous view. there was a magnificent restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door. i used public parking outside. not to mention free wifi!

Perfectly fine place, reasonably friendly staff. They made my stay enjoyable. Amazing beds, microwave and many windows where a nice touch. Reasonably clean and picture perfect hotel in CBD - Lambton Quay district. Prime location with terrific restaurant nearby. Welcoming customer service too...

The quality, good value. The hotel had a special ambience, and the staff was pleasant. The king studio did n't seem appealing on photos but it was bright. This accommodation was in the central location. What's more, getting to museum of new zealand te papa tongarewa on foot takes about 10 mins...

we really enjoyed our time here. breakfast was good and the situation was convenient. comfy pillows and bed. everyone was very friendly. interesting place for stopover. also, we visited civic square, it's at walking distance from the hotel.

I think the street was too noisy.

Good location, easy to get around. Brilliant base for a city break in Wellington! Free WiFi was available there.
